Resultado del primer caso clínico tratado con trombo-aspiración mecánica con angiojet en tromboembolia pulmonar en Veracruz realizada en la unidad de terapia endovascular del hospital regional Dr. Luis F. Nachón en Xalapa, Veracruz, México.

Se realiza una breve revisión de nuestras teorias sobre la fisiopatología de la tromboembolia pulmonar, aplicando conocimientos de biología celular, hidráulica, mecánica y física, así como, el comportamiento de fluidos para comprender y tratar racionalmente este padecimiento que es una de las causas de muerte más frecuente en pacientes hospitalizados en el mundo.

Present in detail the result of the first clinical case treated with mechanical tromboaspiration with angiojet in pulmonary tromboembolia in veracruz which we performed in the endovascular therapy unit of regional hospital Dr. Luis F. Nachón in Xalapa, Veracruz, México and briefly review our theories on the physiopathology of pulmonary thromboembolia, applying knowledge of cellular, hydraulic, mechanical, and physical biology as and the behavior of fluids to understand and rationalally treat this depth that is one of the causes of more frequent death in patients hospitalized in the world.
